Subject: love it!
I met "Diver Dan" when we moved to Phoenix in 1964 for a year when I was ten and it stuck in my mind like glue. Ever wonder what his buddies up on the ship are thinking? Does he tell them why he goes down so often? Is he an eccentric millionaire? Does he ever have to remind himself that nothing will ever come of a relationship with a mermaid while he is in a diving suit? Does he ever think, "If I could just lure her to some secluded bay...." Or is he afraid if she sees him without his diving suit she will be disappointed and swim away. :)

This show cracked me up and left a smile on my face. It's just so silly! I can't rate it. It defies rating systems.

These are excellent quality videos. It's a pity more people here don't take the time to do their videos with this kind of quality.

Subject: That's Where You'll Find Diver Dan
Every now and then the "Diver Dan" theme song pops into my head, and I can't get rid of it for a few days - not that I would want to. I haven't seen an episode of Diver Dan since it was first run on television in the early '60s. It immediately brought be back to a time of innocence, a time of confidences, a feeling of sadness for the nostalgia of my youth - Who would've known that only eight years later I'd be in Vietnam trying not to get killed and a long way from Diver Dan, never to see him again until now. Whoever made this available here, thank you.
